Can you offer delivery for an end-to-end project?

Yes, we are partnered with Enersoft who have extensive full project delivery experience, including for healthcare companies such as Synlab, Mehilainen, Mylab and others.

Can you offer support in multiple countries at the same time?

We are set-up to support multi-country delivery, ensuring consistent quality and compliance wherever you need talent. At present our operations are not available to cover Russia and Belarus for example.

Can you support us with re-locating an IT professional across countries, to support a local office?

It depends on the situation, but yes this is something we can help with.

With Proven Pathway, is there a minimum consultancy period before hiring permanently?

No. There are no fixed 9, 12, or 24-month obligations. You can convert the consultant to an employee whenever it's right for you.

How is pricing handled with Proven Pathway?

Pricing is fully transparent from day one, so you always know where you stand when making decisions. Pricing is dynamic, reducing over time and reaching the point that it will be free of charge to convert a Consultant to your in-house team.
